Abstract:

The author considers the history of «Freedom Voice» — newspaper of Tomsk’s Popular Assembly, which replaced pre-revolutionary «Tomsk Provincial Bulletin». The main content of the newspaper, the terms of its publishing, the change in the estimation of events in Tomsk and Russia are given a thorough study in the article.
