Abstract:

The aim of this article is to prove the importance of creating the Inclusive Education Center which realizes the propaedeutic technologies for people with special educational needs (SEN). Methodology and methods of this study include philosophy of inclusive education, theoretical and historical, relative-comparative and analytical methods of research.

As a result, the necessity to develop social propaedeutic technologies for people with SEN is proved. The article presents social and moral, organizational and methodical principles of inclusive activity in propaedeutic center. Functional features of Inclusive Propaedeutic Center include: 1) scientific research activity in the field of Inclusion, Defectology and Logopedics; 2) coordination of network interaction between educational organizations, medical and social institutions in the way of experience exchange about education of people with SEN.

Scientific novelty includes: 1) the analysis of inclusive education realization in extensive ways which create the atmosphere for people with SEN and involve new professional human resources; 2) the study of educational barriers among children with SEN of different heterogeneous groups in order to prevent the risk of social dependence development; 3) characteristics of intensive methods in inclusive education and scheme of compensatory activities intensification for children with SEN in pre-school and primary school.

Practical novelty involves setting Creation Propaedeutics Inclusive Center, which is a chance for children with SEN in different heterogeneous groups to take pre-school training realization of propaeduetical inclusive technologies for children with SEN in Language Center.
