The solutions to physical, technical and disposition provision tasks in gymnastics, acrobatics, and figure skating require a complex approach due to their diversity and complexity of techniques, that is, the focus is made on a large amount of training activity, particularly upon integrated training. The ability to implement technically complex elements in the difficult conditions of a competition requires special and targeted training to improve it. The author makes an attempt to define modeling characteristics of competitive programs in aerobics according to the parameters of artistry, performance and complexity. The study is carried out in the following nominations: individual performance of men and women, a mixed pair, a trio, an age group of 18 and older. The author presents a theoretical model of a competitive program for highly qualified athletes. The model allows varying the content of the competition program, depending on the tournament rank by replacing elements of increased or decreased complexity. Modeling of competitive activity in aerobics will help to optimize the training process and to promote for the achievement of best fitness form.
