Abstract:

At present, the preparation of highly skilled skiers is characterized by a significant increase in physical activity, training volume and the intensity of work reaches a limit value, the further growth of which is limited by the functionality of an athlete’s body. In this context, the development of effective modern, science-based technology may allow to significantly expand the functional reserve of the organism with the existing volume and the intensity of training loads, and improve athletic performance.
