Abstract:

This article deals with the excavation materials of settlement Antonovo 1. The collection contains more than 7000 findings among which 190 ceramic vessels and 70 items of silver, bronze, iron, bone, stone and clay. On the basis of the analysis of the ceramic complex and the dating findings the time of existence of the ancient settlement of Antonovo 1 is defined as the VI-VII centuries and the monument is referred to molchanovsko-andryushinsky culture.
