Abstract:

The quest for development of education in Russia in early XXI century and its integration into contemporary modernization processes determine the interest of researchers for the projects of education strategy during the period of Soviet modernization. The aim of the article is to review the problems of training and the introduction of universal primary education in the national republics of Southern Russia.
