This article considers some ways of the transformation of the legal regimes’ structure elements, which seem possible in the modern social and political conditions and could contribute to the most effective realization of legal regimes. Besides, the complete and advisable variant of the legal regimes’ structure is suggested. The authors make an attempt to evaluate the effectiveness of this law phenomenon according not only the fact of the official aim achievement. Also the requirements for the structure optimization of law regimes are formulated and the criteria of effectiveness of the elements, which are presumed to be improved, are concretized. Generally, the article proves the theses about the interdependence of the law regimes’ structure elements and the necessity of the state agencies’ work on the coordination of the elements with the actual social conditions.
