Abstract:

The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) countries have a common cultural and educational space, the set intersection of spheres of economic interests that favor a positive basis for successful collaboration and joint research. Base for such research are the universities that make up the network of SCO University. Promising areas of joint research universities, members of the SCO University recognized: regional studies, ecology, energy, IT-technology, nanotechnology, economics pedagogy. With respect to current threats seems desirable to supplement this list directions "regional security" and "integration of legal regimes of the SCO". A special role in these destinations can be assigned to universities systems MIA SCO member states.
