Abstract:

This article presents a device developed for diagnosing and determining the energy consumption of a pumping unit. The authors provide a block diagram of the device and the sequence of determining the energy consumption during the operation of the pumping unit and its elements, accompanied by an example of calculation according to the device’s passport data. The device aids in controlling the unit’s energy consumption when operated, with a warning system in place in the cases of the energy consumption going beyond the permissible limit.
