Abstract:The processes of reﬂection and transmission of sound waves at the "porous medium — gas" at oblique incidence from the side of the porous medium are examined. The dependence of the reﬂection and transmission coefﬁcients on the frequency and angle of incidence is studied. It is shown that there is a critical angle of incidence at which total internal reﬂection occurs.
