Abstract:

This article examines the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies on labor law, focusing on their instrumental and fundamental impact. It analyzes how AI can optimize existing labor law practices, as well as how it can transform the subject and method of labor law. It emphasizes that the introduction of AI entails risks of labor rights violations, requiring the adaptation of legal technologies and the creation of new regulatory mechanisms. Particular attention is paid to the use of AI in employment relations, labor organization and management, training and continuing professional education of employees, social partnership, and the resolution of labor disputes. The use of AI has revealed both new opportunities and risks that threaten to deepen the imbalance in the contractual powers of parties to labor relations. The novelty of this study lies in identifying trends in the convergence of legal branches under the influence of AI and the evolution of labor law regulation methods toward a risk-based approach. The conclusion is drawn that an ethical and legal framework is necessary for the balanced development of AI technologies in the field of labor.
