Abstract:

The aim of the study is a comprehensive analysis of the syndicated lending institution in the Russian Federation, as well as the formulation of directions for further development of legislation in this area. The research methodology includes methods of analysis and synthesis to identify the characteristics of a syndicated loan and its legal nature. The formal legal approach allows studying regulatory acts. The comparative legal method is used to consider foreign experience. The study reveals the essence, features, and legal regulation of syndicated lending in the Russian Federation. In addition, an analysis of the emerging law enforcement practice in this area is conducted. Foreign experience in regulating such relations is also taken into account. The key problems in the construction of the Russian legal field in the sphere of regulation of syndicated lending are formulated and the ways of development of legislation in the future are defined. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the comprehensive approach to the study of issues of regulation of syndicated lending and the search for ways of further construction of the legal field. The practical significance of the work is associated with the possibility of using the research results both in studying the theoretical foundations of syndicated lending regulation and in practical activities when developing proposals for improving legal regulation in this area.
