The relevance of developing a visual analytics system for value consolidation is aimed at assessing the potential of residents’ values in overcoming socio-cultural risks. The purpose of the article is to present a systematic visualization of the relationship between residents’ values and the risks of social hazards, which made it possible to identify the image of value consolidation as a factor in national integration and socio-cultural security of Russia. To assess the value orientations of residents of the regions of Russia, the responses of respondents to the general database “Socio-cultural portrait of the regions of Russia - 2023” were analyzed: the Bashkir and Chechen republics, the Vologda, Kursk, Sverdlovsk, Tyumen regions and the Perm Territory. The materials for the study of the dynamics of value orientations, their relationship with socio-cultural risks were the data of formalized surveys of residents of the Perm Territory for the time period from 2006 to 2023. The analysis of value indices was carried out on the basis of the technology of systematic visualization of indices of the socio-cultural portrait of regions, developed by N.I. Lapin. The concept of “value consolidation” was developed in the context of analyzing the role of values in the development of social practices of residents to overcome socio-cultural threats. Humanistic values are the basis for consolidation and solidarity of residents of the studied regions of Russia. The values of Self-will and Authority are the zone of risk, social tension and conflicts. Among the most significant value changes in the Perm Territory, an increase in the values of Independence and Tradition was revealed, while the values of Sacrifice, Initiative and Authority were noted to decrease. A relationship was established between the values of Order, Authority, Morality, Well-being, Freedom, Work, Human Life and Sociability with the participation of residents in the activities of public organizations. Keywords:
