In 2022, the publishing house “A-prodzhect” published a monograph by a well-known Russian scientist, who devoted many years to research in the field of labor law, Doctor of Law, Prof. Galina Semenovna Skachkova. Her research is devoted to the problems of legal regulation of civilian personnel of the RF Armed Forces, federal RF executive authorities, and federal state bodies performing tasks in the field of defense, law enforcement, and state security (hereinafter — civilian personnel). On the one hand, the object of the study is as formally defined as possible, and it is narrowed down to the labor relations of persons with whom the relevant bodies and organizations have concluded an employment contract; the oject of study does not apply to persons holding positions of the state civil service, which can also be attributed to civilian personnel. Social security relations with civilian personnel remained outside the scope of the study, which is separately noted in the preface. On the other hand, the chosen object, subject, and research methods fully illustrate one of the brightest trends in the development of labor law in Russia today — the differentiation of the legal regulation of labor relations of certain categories of employees.References:
