The contemporary world dictates high requirements for the interaction of the state and its citizens, and information technologies play a key role in this. New opportunities of using digital technologies arise during the optimization of the state functioning in order to protect the fundamental constitutional values, including such as the rights and freedoms of a man and citizen (personal, political, and social), sovereignty, territorial integrity, and security of Russia.
The function of the state should be automated and digitized in modern conditions. The country is in dire need of a unified cyber system of state control, where every enterprise, capable of harming people, is constantly monitored at the federal and regional levels. Thus, numerous departmental and regional security requirements, which are often not compatible with each other, need to be unified and regulated by federal legal acts, as well as combined to a single digital control system.
The authors of this article analyze the use of digital technologies in the activities of the state housing supervisory bodies and the practice of their application. They conclude that it is necessary to automate the key activities of the state housing supervisory bodies.
