Abstract:

The article raises the problem of development of the theoretical and technological base of the social practices at the modern industrial enterprises and manufacturing service organizations. The social services are not yet common, and even where they are officially confirmed, they often work only locally and solve private tasks. The situation implies that the empirical studies and their results are not prone to generalization, analytical processing, and interpretation in order to identify the regularities and tendencies of the social aspects development for the industrial organization activities in modern conditions.

The analysis of sociologists’ work experience at the industrial enterprises in Ural region leads to the conclusion about the relevance of the complex sociological research in the industrial sector, as the most important condition for increasing their economic efficiency and improving the life quality. The issue of overcoming crisis in industrial sociology, its qualitative development at the stage of modernization for the economic and social development in Russian society is of particular importance nowadays.
