The Migration Policy of the Republic of Buryatia: Scenario Approaches

Abstract:

The article contains the results of analysis of the migration situation in the Republic of Buryatia and the options for the development of the state migration policy. The key point of the research is the generation of scenarios for migration policy in the context of strategic missions of the social and economic development of the Republic of Buryatia. The article primarily focuses on the fact that during the migration policy development it is important to rely upon the strategic aims relevant to the suggested missions, the state resources, and the current migration policy measures.
