Abstract:

The article considers the Federal Republic of Germany’s experience in the field of the migrants’ integration into the modern German society. The author provides examples of the practical approaches and methods of immigrants’ social adaptation in modern Germany; the article also includes the analysis of the legal and regulatory framework governing the legal status of immigrants in Germany. In addition, the author describes the social security system of migrants. Along with the positive experience, the article also highlights the weaknesses of German social policy.
