The legislation development guidelines in the sphere of automated recording of traffic offences

Abstract:

The article analyzes the effectiveness of automated recording of traffic offences, studies the principal directions of legal development in this area and discusses the organizational, technical and legal problems of reading the automated data, and the paper gives solutions of these problems.
