The role of modern institutions in the process of shaping the youth segment of the labor market

Abstract:

The article presents the components of the institutional structure of the labor market; the impact of institutions on youth segment is highlighted. The role and features of modern labor market institutions functioning are defined. The influence of modern institutions on the formation of the youth segment of the labor market is also assessed. The author gives directions to the improvement and development of labor market institutions for formation and development of the youth segment.
