Abstract:

The article is devoted to the development of the concept of system economy (a new direction in economic science, which aims to develop the theory of relationship structures of economic systems as subsystems of macro, meso and micro levels). System economy is also the newest approach in the development of economic theory, which allows to explore a complex of economic systems in the context of the spatial-temporal analysis. The author suggests the basic typology of economic systems, processes, benefits, and administrative operations, allowing to present functioning of the economy in the form of a structural model of economic goods' circulation. The author identifies possible areas to apply system economy as a conceptual platform for solving urgent problems of modern economic theory. The author concludes that practical application of the theory of system economy will allow to consider system relations in the formation of economic policies at all economic levels to a broader extent.
