Protection of the rights of children and parents in the transboundary family relations: problems of the theory and practice

Abstract:

The article is devoted to the problems of protection of the rights of children and their parents in the transboundary family relations. Taking care of children is a topical problem in every state. Many states have considered the need to improve the protection of children in international situations and it is fixed in the provisions of the relevant international conventions. The author considers basic concepts of the specified subject and legal regulation problems. Special attention is paid to the issues of communication of a child with a separately living parent. Also the author of the article suggests improving Russian family law.
