Abstract:

In the article there are given theoretical and formal basic features of up-bringing process in the institute of higher education. Also we’ve analyzed the peculiarities of mass pedagogical consciousness, concerning the aspect of up-bringing. This work is based on representative empirical data that reflects the results of monitoring in Tyumen institutes of higher education.
