Abstract:

The situation which has developed in recent years with preparation of skilled workers is analyzed. Finds are shown in innovative development of establishments of professional education, possibility of new organizational forms of preparation of personnel: regional center of professional education (RCPE), corporate structures of the enterprises, applied bachelor degree, new workmanship.
