Abstract:

The article considers basic elements of the contract on obligatory insurance of civil liability of the owner of the dangerous object, one of which is determined by the Federal law №225 “On obligatory insurance of civil liability of the owner of a dangerous object for trespass as a result of failure on dangerous object”, and another one is established due to the sphere of the given law regulation.
