Certain problems of legal provision of economy state regulation

Abstract:

The article states the idea that economy state regulation should be carried out on the basis of entrepreneurial (economic) law. The author defines the general (main) purpose of economy state regulation and considers several problems of legal provision of such regulation. These problems are determined both by the state and by economic subjects.
