Abstract:

The article examines the legal rules designed to protect the morality in the Russian Federation, legal regulation of the spiritual and moral upbringing of the individual, analyzes the modern state approach to the spiritual and moral education, its relationship with the European approach, as well as the all-Russian trends and problems in this area.
