The main goal is to identify the signs of unplanned growth of emerging companies. The basic business problems caused by unexpected increases in the company: the loss of time and in-house crisis. Time losses arise when employees are not clear in their responsibilities and shift the solution to this uncertainty large number of questions on the leaders.
