Diagnostics Of The Physical Capital Of Russian Regions As А Component Of National Wealth

Abstract:

In article the fundamental scientific problem directed on development of theoretical bases, methodology and methods of research of an assessment of the physical capital of the Russian regions for definition of principles of the state regional policy providing an increment of national wealth and a sustainable development of territories of Russia is considered. The new methodical approach to definition of the physical capital of regions is developed. This approach is estimated on the following components: fixed production capital, non-productive capital, working capital, block of production of the capital and investment block. The indicative method of the analysis according to which the general judgment about the physical capital of various regions was taken out depending on values of indicators of the physical capital is put in a basis of a technique. In the course of work the diagnostic picture of subjects of the Russian Federation which is a part of the Ural federal district for 2000-2011 is received. Application of the approach offered by the author will allow to make recommendations about an increment of national wealth of regions of the Russian Federation.
