Abstract:

This year 110 years were executed from the moment of term “marketing” emergence in world scientific thought. Russia, as we know, started its formation essentially later. So, in April 2011 year. marketing in Russia celebrated the 35-year anniversary. Nevertheless, to marketing Russia actually began the complex and system ascension with the end 80th - the beginnings of the 90th years, the beginning to which was put by transformation of its economic system. As to regions of Russia, in each of them the history of development of marketing activity at the enterprises is observed. In the earlier researches we revealed tendencies of development of the organization of marketing services at the enterprises of the Ulyanovsk region in the 90th years on the basis of interviewing of 210 enterprises. At the present stage of research we put a task to analyse similar tendencies of development in “zero” years. In article results of benchmarking research of formation of marketing services on the enterprises of the Ulyanovsk region in “zero” years and their comparative analysis with similar results in the 90th years for the purpose of identification of tendencies of their development are given.
