Abstract:

The article justifies the need to improve the healthcare system through the introduction of prenosological diagnostics, which will help to implement the preventive orientation in the assessment and forecasting of individual health. The aim of traditional medical control is to determine the presence and severity of the pathological deviations detected by traditional clinical methods. Medical observation shows that the perspective of transition from prenosological condition into disease is determined by adaptation capabilities of organism and peculiarities of physiological regulation functions. Therefore, the information technology should take an important place in advanced systems of medical control. It is aimed to assess the state of regulatory systems because overstrain of regulation mechanisms and decrease of functional reserves linked with it are the main risk factors for the development of the disease. Application of this technology will improve the quality of preventive work of doctors and create a new information database characterizing the physical health of the population.
