The Center for Research Periodicals publishes quaterly peer-reviewed research journals on natural and social sciences and humanities:
The founder and publisher of the journal is the University of Tyumen.
These journals cover the following topics: Law, Social Studies, and Economics; Linguistics, Literary Studies, and History; Earth Sciences and Ecology; Physics, Mathematics, and Information Technologies.
All the corresponding journals are included in the list, recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, that consists of leading peer-reviewed scientific journals which publish major scientific results of theses for the degrees of Doctor and Candidate of sciences: http://vak.ed.gov.ru/ru/list/.

The electronic version is publicly available on the e-library and on this journal’s website — vestnik.utmn.ru.
All incoming materials undergo a mandatory peer review, the results of which determine the possibility of publication. The publisher uses a system of anonymous reviewing, where confidentiality of materials and personal data of reviewers is maintained. The leading scholars of the University of Tyumen and other Russian and international institutions of higher education determine the rating of the submitted articles. In accordance with the objectives, the editorial board includes leading foreign scholars who represent universities of the UK, the USA, France, Germany, China, and Japan.
Publications are free of charge for all categories of authors.
Not more than one article per author can be published in one issue.
Submitting the articles that have been previously published or submitted to other publications is not acceptable.
The editors have the right to abridge or edit the articles.
WE ONLY REVIEW THE ARTICLES which meet the publication requirements.
The Center for Research Periodicals follows the traditions of the TSU Herald journal which was published since 20 March 1998. The journal represented the fundamental fields of the University’s research and was published monthly.
We hope that TSU Herald journals will make significant contributions to the science community.
